Ordering & Pricing
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 500 pieces per design. This applies to most label types including roll labels, die-cut stickers, and holographic labels. There is no upper limit — we handle orders from 500 to millions of labels.
How do I get a price quote?
Simply fill in our Contact Form with your label type, size, quantity, and material preference. Our sales team will respond with a detailed quote within 4 business hours.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. The per-unit price decreases significantly with higher quantities. Orders above 10,000 pcs typically see 30–50% lower unit costs versus the MOQ price.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. For new clients, we typically require a 30% deposit with the balance on completion.
Production & Lead Times
How long does production take?
Our standard lead time is 3–5 business days after artwork approval. Rush production (1–2 days) is available for urgent orders — please contact us for availability and pricing.
Do you do a proof before printing?
Yes. We send a digital proof (PDF) for your approval before we start production. For large orders, a physical pre-production sample can also be arranged (additional 1–2 days).
Can I make changes after placing the order?
Changes can usually be accommodated if production has not yet started. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change. After production begins, changes may incur additional charges.
Artwork & Files
What file format do you need?
We prefer Adobe Illustrator (.AI) or PDF files with outlined fonts and embedded images at 300 DPI or higher. We also accept EPS, PSD, and high-resolution PNG files.
I don’t have a design. Can you help?
Yes! Our in-house design team can create a professional label design for you. Share your brand colours, logo, and content — we’ll deliver 2–3 design concepts for your review. Design fees apply.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and sea freight. Most US and EU orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. We provide full tracking information.
Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA warehouses?
Absolutely. We are experienced with Amazon FBA shipping requirements and can ship directly to your designated FBA warehouse in the US, EU, and other regions.
